We only collect minimal personal information that you freely provide, such as when you use our contact forms on our website, or make an enquiry over the phone. This may include: your name, address, postcode, phone number, email address and text. This is so we can provide our service in your area.
We strictly follow security procedures in the storage and disclosure of information which you have given to us, to prevent unauthorised access in accordance with legislation. We DO NOT collect sensitive information about you, except when you specifically and knowingly provide it.
We only retain your information for as long as necessary. Your information is kept secure and password protected. Once you have completed your training or no longer need our services your information will be deleted or shredded.

You have the right to have all personal information about you deleted or shredded at any time. If you ask for this whilst still receiving our services it may affect the standard of service.

For the booking of Theory Test and Practical Driving Test, we will use your details accordingly. Information needed is your license details, email address, full name and phone number. Both Pearsons Testing and DVSA have their own privacy Policies, which you can read on their websites.
